New Student Enrollment Requirements

  • New student is defined as a student who has never attended a Gallup-McKinley County school. 

  • Returning student is defined as a student who has attended a Gallup-McKinley County school, withdrew, is not currently enrolled and is returning for enrollment. 

 Required documents at time of registration: 

  • Birth Certificate 

  • Immunizations 

  • The Department of Health now offers a simple way to access shot records yourself! Access My Immunization Records External link

  • Proof of residence 

  • Custodial Documents (if applicable) 

  • Previous school information 

School site staff will contact previous school for information regarding grades, attendance and discipline.
