In-District Transfer form for the 22-23 School Year

Students must have a valid enrollment with the district to apply for a transfer – please see the New Enrollment directions to enroll your child, if they are not currently enrolled.

This form can be filled out electronically and emailed to studentinfo@gmcs.org or you may print, fill out and return the completed/signed form to the attention of the STARS department at the SSC building.
